Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of CircleAI, including the mobile app, website, support channels, subscriptions, and related services. By using CircleAI, you agree to these terms and to any additional terms presented by the app stores or payment providers used for purchases.

The Service

CircleAI is an AI photo editing tool. You choose an image, mark an area, write a prompt, and the app uses AI systems to generate an edited result. Results may vary, may be inaccurate, and may not be suitable for every use.

Your Content

You are responsible for the photos, prompts, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use the content with CircleAI. You retain your rights in your content, but you grant us and our service providers permission to process it as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Acceptable Use

You may not use CircleAI to create, request, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, infringing, or otherwise harmful. You may not use CircleAI to impersonate others, create deceptive deepfakes, violate another person's rights, bypass safety systems, attack the service, or use the product in a way that creates legal or security risk.

AI Output

AI-generated output can be unpredictable. You are responsible for reviewing output before using it and for making sure your use complies with laws, platform rules, and third-party rights. CircleAI does not guarantee that output is unique, accurate, available, uninterrupted, or fit for a specific purpose.

Subscriptions and Billing

Premium features may require a paid subscription or purchase. Prices, trial availability, renewal timing, cancellation terms, taxes, and refunds are shown by the relevant app store or payment provider at the time of purchase. Subscriptions usually renew automatically unless canceled through the app store account used for purchase.

CircleAI cannot control all app store billing decisions. For refunds, cancellations, and billing account management, use the controls provided by Apple, Google, or the relevant platform.

Third-Party Services

CircleAI depends on third-party providers for app distribution, AI processing, hosting, purchases, analytics, diagnostics, advertising, and other infrastructure. Those providers may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Intellectual Property

CircleAI, including the app, website, branding, interface, code, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service except as allowed by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, misused the service, failed to pay for premium access, or if continued operation is not commercially or legally practical. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

CircleAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CircleAI and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for CircleAI in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 USD if you paid nothing.

Changes

We may update these terms when the product, business, laws, or third-party requirements change. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
